Welcome to Haven, the safe space you've been looking for. Haven is an app designed through an assessment of the complex social ecologies of our city, intended to connect marginalized demographics within Toronto through community-’vetted’ safe spaces. Completed in 36 hours as a part of the 2024 York University's Department of Design DESNathon hackathon and won first place in the Senior division.
Brand Guidelines

I lead a team of five designers to create a XX-page comprehensive brand guideline to act as aesthetic direction for the show. I assigned each team member a section of the book to complete based on their individual strengths (determined during our first team-building meeting, see the Leadership & Process work section). We edited sections over the course of the year as the specific needs of the exhibit became more apparent.

Passport (Yearbook/Event Pamphlet)

The 74-page passport was handed out as a complimentary keepsake to anyone who attended the show. It functionally served multiple purposes: 1) it acted as a yearbook-style keepsake for the graduates to remember their classmates 2) was a guide to the graduates for anyone wanting to hire after the show was completed 3) gave real estate to
